User Agreement for Dido Translator
1.Application of the User Agreement
This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between you, the User, and the owner of the Dido Translator regarding your use of the Dido Translator. By downloading, installing, and using the Dido Translator, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2.Definition of Terms
"Dido Translator" refers to the application developed by the Owner that provides translation services between different languages. "User" refers to any individual or entity who downloads, installs, and uses the Dido Translator. "Owner" refers to the developer or entity responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Dido Translator.
3.Scope of Use
The Dido Translator is a language translation tool that allows Users to translate text, speech, and emojis between different languages. Users are solely responsible for using the Dido Translator within the scope of its intended use and purpose.
4.Conditions of Use
Users must provide accurate and truthful information when using the Dido Translator. Users are responsible for any actions taken through their use of the Dido Translator, including any translations performed. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Dido Translator.
5.Privacy Policy
The Owner collects certain personal information from Users, such as name, email address, phone number, and other relevant information. The Owner will use this information to provide services, communicate with Users, and improve the Dido Translator. The Owner will comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations and will not disclose any personal information to third parties without User consent or as required by law.
6.Intellectual Property Rights
The Dido Translator and all related trademarks, logos, copyrights, patents, and other intellectual property rights are owned by the Owner. Users are not granted any intellectual property rights in the Dido Translator except for the limited license granted in Section 7 below.
7.Limited License to Use the Dido Translator
The Owner grants Users a limited license to use the Dido Translator for personal and non-commercial purposes only. This license is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and is revocable at any time by the Owner. Users are not allowed to sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise distribute the Dido Translator or any portion of it without the prior written consent of the Owner.
8.Updates and Support
The Owner may provide updates and support for the Dido Translator from time to time. Users are responsible for regularly checking for updates and downloading them promptly. The Owner is not responsible for any issues or failures related to Updates or Support.
9.Termination of Service
The Owner reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Dido Translator or any User's access to it at any time for any reason, including violation of this Agreement or failure to comply with any applicable laws or regulations. In such event, the User's license to use the Dido Translator will be immediately terminated.
10.Liability Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the Owner be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill) arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Dido Translator or any failure by the Owner to perform its obligations under this Agreement. The Owner's maximum liability to Users for all claims under this Agreement is limited to the amount actually paid by Users for using the Dido Translator.
11.Purchases & Cancellation Rights
Subscriptions. You may purchase certain Services on a subscription basis. Some Services may offer different subscription levels (e.g., free, pro or premium) or subscription periods (e.g., weekly, monthly, yearly). Payment for a subscription may be processed in-App, through a third-party mobile platform owner (e.g. Apple or Google) or directly through iTranslate and its third party payment processor.
You may be offered a free trial of a subscription to our Services for a limited period of time. You are free to cancel a free trial subscription via the subscription setting in your iTunes or Android account, or if you went through one of our websites, by logging in on the applicable website to manage your subscriptions.Please note: your free trial subscription will automatically renew as a paid subscription for the applicable subscription period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial subscription period or, if you purchased through Google, before the end of the trial period.
If you subscribed for our Services by purchasing and installing an App through a third-party mobile platform owner (either through the third party platform or in-App), you may cancel your subscription at any time by following the Apple App Store or Google Play Store instructions or via the subscription settings in your iTunes or Android account. If you subscribed for our Services directly through our website, you may cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to manage your subscriptions on the applicable website.
All cancellations will take effect starting at the end of the then current billing period. For example, if you have a monthly subscription that began on the first of the month but cancel mid-month, your cancellation will be effective as of the end of that month. There are no refunds on subscriptions once the charge has gone through for the billing period.
Paid Applications. Certain Apps may be available for one-time purchase (no recurring subscription) through either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. European Union residents normally have a right to cancel online purchases within 14 days of making them.Please note and acknowledge that if you are resident in the European Union and purchase an App from a mobile platform owner, you may not be able to cancel your order or obtain a refund. Please review the mobile platform owner's terms in this regard before purchase.You may uninstall paid applications at any time at your discretion. All purchases of paid applications are non-refundable.
Automatic Renewal; Recurring Charges.Paid subscriptions to the Services are auto-renewing. You will be charged the stated subscription amount for the subscription period upon completion of your registration and submission of your payment information or, if applicable, at the end of your free trial period if you have not canceled at least 24 hours in advance of the expiration of the trial period. You hereby agree to and authorize automatic and recurring billing, and you agree to pay the charges made to your account in connection therewith. You will be billed on a recurring basis at the then-current applicable subscription price plus any applicable taxes at the start of each new subscription period. Payments for renewal subscriptions are processed using the same billing cycle as your current subscription. Subscription fees may change at any time, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law. Your subscription, and monthly billing of your account, will continue indefinitely until cancelled by you in accordance with the Cancellation Section of this Agreement.
12.Disclaimer of Warranties
THE Dido Translator IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED), INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE OWNER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE Dido Translator INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE OWNER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE Dido Translator WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE FUNCTIONS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. THE OWNER ALSO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING INFORMATION OR DATA OBTAINED THROUGH THE Dido Translator INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE REGARDING INFORMATION OR DATA OBTAINED THROUGH THE Dido Translator. NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY THE OWNER OR BY ANY OTHER PARTY ARE MADE REGARDING ANY OTHER PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE OWNER OR ANY OTHER PARTY THAT MAY BE DOWNLOADED FROM THE INTERNET OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE Dido Translator. NO WARRANTY IS MADE THAT ANY DEFECTS IN THE Dido Translator WILL BE CORRECTED. NO WARRANTY IS MADE ON
